So far were about 2 weeks in to the loftium experience. Its been very eyeopening and we've already learned so much. Its been pleasant so far and we haven't had any disasters or difficult guests. Financially, its proving worth it. We've done very well with the cleaning fees, and our unit is out performing, which means we're entitled to 20% of profits. We have bookings up until august, and the rest of July is booked solid. We have got our turnover routine down, and its all running very smoothly. We have gotten positive feedback from all of our guests. One guest has let us know that we made a little more noise than they were used to, and we're taking that into consideration while we have guests. The only pain is the laundry, and same day bookings. Meaning, its hard to do laundry when we have same day bookings. Thank goodness we have some flexibility in our work schedules and it hasn't been a major issue, just a small inconvenience. Guests have all been very independent and respectful to house rules. It seems for the most part that they appreciate little intervention while they're staying, which is good for us since we work during the day. Im excited to see the numbers after a full month of hosting. We went live only a couple of weeks ago, and its been booming ever since.
